JL Stermer is now offering one-on-one consultations for writers on the path to achieving their publishing goals. Sessions take place on Zoom, offering real-time feedback on book projects and advice on maximizing traction with agents, editors, and more.
With over 15 years of New York agenting experience in the publishing industry and the success of multiple *New York Times* Best Sellers, JL can offer objective and honest feedback on your work. All levels are welcome for both fiction and non-fiction projects.

Guided Transformation Program (3 months)
Twelve 45-minute coaching sessions for writers actively engaged in a project. Consistent, scheduled check-ins help you gain traction and track progress toward your writing goals.
